Description

The Imperial is one of several deluxe five-star ships within the Travcotels fleet but the only vessel to feature suites accommodation measuring 41 m² in size. At almost 72 meters in length, Imperial affords space and comfort allowing for an enjoyable experience afloat the Nile. Providing impeccable service, the Imperial features a round-the-clock reception service as well as international telephone and fax (against charge) with a meeting space available if the ship is fully chartered.

The swimming pool and pool bar are located on the large split-level Sun deck where you can sink into a sun lounger and soak up those rays or wander for the length of the ship admiring the scenery.  A gift shop on board will supply souvenirs or you can indulge yourself in the beauty salon which is open twice weekly in Luxor and Aswan.  Keep in touch with home through chargeable Internet, international telephone and fax services or dance the night away and enjoy regular music and folkloric performances held in the lounge.

Cabin Information     

A total of 50 cabins are available onboard: 44 double cabins, 2 single and 4 suites. The upper deck features 15 double cabins and the lower deck 17 double whilst the 4 available suites are located on the main deck alongside 12 double and 2 single cabins. All accommodation onboard the Imperial has large panoramic windows  (except the Nile deck) with a view of the Nile and is fully air-conditioned (individually controlled) and furnished with marine satellite TV and in-house video channels (whilst docking), mini bar, music system, safety box and private W/C with shower and hairdyer. Additional upgraded amenities are available on request as is a full laundry service.
 

Location     The upper deck has 15 double cabins, the main deck has 12 double, 2 singles and 4 suites. The lower deck has 17 double cabins.

The Imperial offers a tempting selection of tasty buffet style dishes featuring a broad range of colourful tastes and flavours for breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner based on local and international cuisines.  The elegantly appointed main restaurant can accommodate all guests in one sitting and the spacious lounge features comfortable seating and a bar serving beers, fine wines, cocktails, and soft drinks.  You could also try out the pool bar, sipping refreshing drinks while admiring the view or working out with the fitness equipment.
